    • RE: Capture speed very fast, deploy starts at nearly 7mb/min and at 10% starts slowing down gradually to 3mb/min!! please help?

Ok everybody I think I have nailed it however I don’t know if I can do anything about it??

Turns out we changed the model of SSD we put into our oldest client machines (Dell Optiplex 380’s)

I put a brand new (out the packet) “OLD MODEL” SSD in the same client machine I’ve been testing and deployed in 4 minutes flat…compared to the new model SSD which takes 15mins!!!

Question is can I do anything about it as the new model SSD is supposedly faster than the old model SSD

      Both Kingston:

      Old model = SHFS37A/120G
      New model = SA400S37/120G

Can anyone think of anything that can be done as we have around 150 of these new model SSD’s…grrrr ???

    • Official Way to Upgrade 1.4.4 to the newest most stable version?

Hi, I have 1.4.4 running on Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS with one node running the same.

I would like to upgrade to a newer version but not too new as this version is rock solid! What’s the official way please?

      proper storage nodes?

George you are the HERO thankyou !!!

So a long time ago we did use locations but stopped using them.

However, it appears a colleague has added a new location with the new node name attached and ticked the: Use inits and kernels from this node box…grrrrrr

I added the location to the host and restarted the capture and bingo all sorted!!!

      Sorry to waste your time!
