    • Unable to locate image store fog 1.2.0 ubuntu

I hate to create another thread on such a common issue but the others are dated and resurrecting didn’t seem like ti would help.

I have chekced the ftp password in all the recommended locations
      Run the chmod commands
      edited vsftpd and restart
      disabled the firewall

After registering a host, no folder under /images/ or /images/dev that indicates anything was written. After various troubleshooting attempt now at least I get the error about unknown variable when I attempt to actually do the image upload taks. The initial registration task are 0.0B. Suggestions.

I haven’t tried the steps above but there isn’t some sort of error caused by deleting the system partition? Bootice run under windows so how is the system partition deleted which gparted then bootice run to mark the partition active?

    • Stuck on Looking up DMI field

I’ve been able to get Fog 0.32 installed on Centos 6.5 along with Capone. A note for those who had trouble, I had to make sure I had internet access through the interface I as planning to use as a DHCP server. I had to do some route/switch trickery to make that happen. You have to set a master password on the pxeboot menu too. Anyway, Now that I’ve got this far and Capone is in my menu it stalls at Looking up DMI Field and never finishes. I get a message sometimes that says CE: hpet increased min_delta_ns to 20113 msec. I’ve tried multiple DMI fields. system-manufacturer, bios-vendor, chassis-manufacturer. None seem to matter. I’ve seen a few posts of people running into this but no thread dedicated to the issue. Is there a way to fix this? It’s highly likely I missed a step somewhere.

    • RE: Latest FOG 0.33b

Same thing here. Was finally able to get it to boot to Capone but it gets stuck on Looking Up DMI field. During the initial image I chose a DMI field and put it in the Capone config but still stuck. 0.32
