create a md5 checksum:
[CODE]md5sum filename[/CODE]

find the matching md5 checksum here:
[url]http://sourceforge.net/projects/freeghost/files/Kernels/[/url]

click on a kernel version then click the (i)nformation icon you will then see two checksum’s sha1 and md5:
