<![CDATA[Any real techinical support out there]]>Is there any real techinical support out there? Forums are great, but when you are in a bind, it’s not a very reliable way of trying to solve problems. Just wondering.

Most of us here are overworked technicians and sysadmins that bulldoze through any fog problems we have with the help of the forums and google.
