Hi everyone, can I somehow automatically add IP adress of host on server? For example to host description coulomb…

I have a many PCs, where I have a Teamviewer, but its on separate network (not connect to internet). So, I connect over IP to host, but I must go on DHCP server, find out IP of host and then I can connect to teamviewer. If the address is written into the description automaticaly (maybe once an hour), I dod not to go to DHCP servers…

      THX.

@meki333 If you cannot connect via the computers FQDN, then you have a DNS problem (or are lacking a DNS implementation altogether).

Typically this is the function of dns/dhcp server. I can tell you that fog does not do this or have this feature.

Can you tell me a bit more of why you can not resolve your target computer’s via DNS? What device is your dhcp/dns servers?
